Our monthly meetings are held at the Sunrise Community Hall, located at 1950 Windermere Street, Vancouver. We meet at 7pm, on the fourth Thursday of each month.
We have entertaining and informative lectures, friendly competitions, great food, and as little business as possible! No meetings are held in July, August and December.

VMC Constitution and By-Laws
The Constitution and By-Laws governing this body are the rules and regulations for this circle and its members. The Circle's January meeting has been identified as the Annual General Meeting (AGM) where constitutional business is discussed and amendments are considered for adoption by the membership. The two documents provided are the Constitution in its entirety and a constitutional amendment blank form. Constitutional amendments can be submitted through-out the year and must be posted by the Constitutional Committee for all members to view 30 days prior to this meeting.

IBM? Isn't that a computer company?
The Vancouver Magic Circle is one of over 300 local Rings that make up the International Brotherhood of Magicians (IBM).
Membership is open to anyone over the age of 18 (Juniors start at 10 years old) who's been interested in magic for a minimum of 2 years, and is a member in good standing of the IBM. You can join the IBM by filling out the form at magician.org or attend a local meeting and we can help.
Once you have the application, you'll need two IBM members to sponsor you and supply their signatures. Many members are more than willing to help you out!
Once you become a member of the IBM, you can join Ring 92 when your name appears in their monthly publication – The Linking Ring. This takes about 3 months. You may join our Ring while you wait for the IBM application to process, and we have no minimum age to join.
After your name appears in The Linking Ring, the club will vote on your membership. If accepted then you are a part of the club! Dues start as low as $20 a year.
We invite you to attend one of our meetings or come out to one of our events or lectures. If you enjoy yourself (and are serious about magic) we would love to have you join.
